In nearly every aspect people are quick to grade your performance. As a child it was in the form of report cards and progress reports. On the job as you grew older upper management was always eager to have sit downs betweeen 360 evaluations and performance reviews. In your personal life take a tip from Tim Ferris, author of The Four Hour Workweek, and review your personal life with these seven questions. I'm The Customer Who Never Returns

"I'm a nice customer. You all know me. I'm the guy who never complains no matter what type of service I get. I'll go into a restaurant and stand and wait while the waitress gossips with her boyfriend and never bothers to see if my food is ready to go. Sometimes a party that came in after I did gets my food. But, I don't say a word in complaint when the girl tells me "Oh, I'm sorry, I'll order another one for you". I just wait. I don't throw my weight around. I try to be thoughtful of the other person. If I get a snooty or bored waitress who is upset because I want to take a few minutes to read the menu, I am polite as I can be; I don't believe rudeness in return is the answer . I never kick I never nag. I never criticize, and I wouldn't dream of making a scene as I've seen people doing in public places. I think that is uncalled for. No, I am the nice customer. And I'll tell you what else I am "I'M THE CUSTOMER WHO NEVER COMES BACK".

1.) Eat and Drink Better
Avoid before-bed snacks, particularly grains and sugars. This will raise blood sugar and inhibit sleep. Later, when blood sugar drops too low (hypoglycemia), you might wake up and not be able to fall back asleep. Stay away from the caffeine. Caffeine is a stimulant as you already know that really just jacks up your ability to go to sleep at night. Even a cup early in the day has an effect on your ableness to sleep later in the day. As for the alcohol, Stop drinking at least 4 hours before going to bed. It dehydrates and although it will put you to sleep it will not give you quality sleep. Alcohol inhibits REM which is needed for quality of sleep -- to repair cells.
